I’ve
been enjoying watching the Olympics these past days and have been thrilled to see
athletes from across the globe showing off their talent and strength: Usain Bolt,
Jessica Ennis, Oscar Pistorius, Michael Phelps and Canada’s own Alexandre Despatie, who suffered a severe head injury weeks before the London Olympics…
I hope everyone realizes that it’s not only about winning medals. We cheer on the hard work, passion, determination and commitment of these athletes. So here’s to all Olympians; gold,
silver, bronze or no medals: WELL DONE!
